Description
BMR's new coil-over conversion kit for the A-body provides adjustable ride height and the ability to go much lower than OE-style lowering springs will allow. OE-style lowering springs can lower the vehicle but they do it at the expense of reducing suspension and shock travel. By utilizing a conventional coil-over and moving the upper mount of the spring and shock with our Coil-over Conversion Kit, the vehicle can ride at a lower ride height while still retaining full suspension travel.

BMR makes their coil-over brackets from sturdy 1/4" laser cut plate which ties in to the frame and upper A-arm mount, strengthening the mount as well. We also provide a drill guide that allows you to cut the shock opening in the frame with a simple hole saw and drill, rather than requiring a torch or plasma cutter. Our kit can be installed with the motor in the car and the fenders bolted on.

By utilizing commonly available 2.5" diameter coil-over springs, the user has virtually unlimited spring rate selection. This makes it easy to accommodate various levels of driving ability or various front end weights due to different motor/accessory combinations.

  • Provides adjustable ride height
