Q: I had questions and shot off an e-mail around 2 am yesterday and surprisingly got a reply within 5 minutes. Now today I did the same thing at 2 am and got no reply.

A: E-mails are replied back 24 hours a day as soon as possible but not all e-mails are answered simply because there may not be an answer for you until business hours.


Q: I placed an order but got no e-mail confirmations. I sent off an e-mail and I got no reply.

A: Check your SPAM folder. That's probably where it went. If you are using ATT, PACBELL or SBCGlobal then you will never get any e-mails from us. For some reason they do not go through so please use something like Yahoo, Hotmail, msn, Gmail, etc.
