Hays Roller Bearing (GM LS & LT)

For LS/LT engines using a Large Outer Pilot Bearing

• Large outer pilot bearing commonly used for LS and Gen V LT engines with TKO/TKX transmission swaps
• Double sealed bearing can be installed in either direction
• Roller bearing design for improved transmission alignment and shifting
• Pre-greased and ready to install

Drive the bearing flush with the crankshaft outer flange. Do not force the install, once installed the bearing should turn smoothly.

IMPORTANT NOTE: many GM LS engines use a press-in oil plug deep inside the crankshaft flange. DO NOT move or disturb this plug when removing or installing a pilot bearing. Your old pilot bearing must be removed by means of a mechanical pilot bearing puller. DO NOT attempt to use a "hydraulic" method to push-out or remove your old pilot bearing!
