DRIVESHAFT SHOP 3.5" 1-Piece Aluminum Driveshaft (2004-2006 Pontiac GTO)

This is the new 1350 aluminum shaft from DSS, Over the past few months we have been in more direct contact with customers and there needs. We have decided to spread out the drive shafts we make; some need one thing and others more. This shaft will be among the best style shaft you can get for the car. It will have a Strange 1350 yoke (part# U1667) along with our Performance Dynamics solid u-joints. The shaft will also be supplied with a 4340 rear Billet flange mount to eliminate the 3 finger flange from the rear (this will mean opening up the Diff) We have decided to use the flange mount on the rear because in recent testing we have found it to be the most consistent way of mounting a shaft to the pinion. This along with all other shaft we make it will be balanced on our new high speed balancing machine. The only necessary modification is the tip of the rear seatbelt bolt that protrudes into the driveshaft tunnel must be ground down to provide adequate clearance for the driveshaft.
