Intended for use only with the specific drivetrain positioning geometry provided by Hooker Blackheart LS and Coyote engine mounting brackets/methods. Will not work with engine mounting brackets that move the engine/transmission away from the stock factory offset, or the engine/transmission mating plane away from the stock SB Ford fore/aft position.
The 71222015HKR* and 71222016HKR crossmembers can be used alone, or in combination with multiple optional adapters, to install the following transmissions:

71222015HKR crossmember in Coyote swap applications-
Powerglide transmission with JW Performance bellhousing- no adapter required
